Arena curling getting underway in Belfast and Souris

Recreational curling will soon be getting underway for the season at the Belfast Recreation Centre. Registration and fun time on the ice is Monday November 4th from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
Games are Mondays and start on Nov 11th. Each team will play one 6-end game per week at either 6:30 or at 8:00 pm. The season will run till March 10th.
The season fee is $135 (including HST) per person due at registration by either cash or cheque payable to “Belfast Rec Centre”.
Come with your own team of 4 or get matched to a team of other individuals.

The ice is also in and the curling lines and circles are in place at PEI’s other arena curling facility – the Eastern Kings Sportsplex in Souris.

Curling normally takes place at the facility Tuesday evenings from early November until late March. Visit the Sportsplex’s Facebook page for the latest information on curling startup at their facility.
