The PEI Women’s curling team at the Canada Games in Prince George, skipped by Kaleigh Mackay, finished round robin play with a 2-4 win-loss record, and then went on to play in the seeding round, to determine positions for the next Games. In that round, they came from behind to beat Quebec 8-7, scoring a triple in the 9th end and stealing a deuce in the 10th. They then beat Manitoba 6-5,and wrapped up play with an 8-3 loss to the Northwest Territories, finishing in 7th place.
