The UPEI Panthers scored a deuce in the 10th for an 8-7 victory over St. F.X. Friday at the Canadian Interuniversity Sport women’s curling championship in Waterloo, Ont.
The win improved the Panthers to 3-4 and qualified them for Saturday’s semifinals against undefeated Thompson Rivers (7-0) at 10:30 a.m. Atlantic.
