Prov. Mixed Doubles goes Saturday and Sunday at Silver Fox

The Curl PEI Provincial Mixed Doubles Curling Championship is being held on December 12 and 13, 2015 at the Silver Fox Curling & Yacht Club in Summerside, with two teams entered. This 2 person per team version of curling is now an Olympic sport, beginning with the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

Defending PEI champ Kyle Holland from the Charlottetown Curling Complex is back this year, teamed up with Sabrina Smith, while Steven Thompson and Lyndsey Moore from Crapaud are the other duo in this year’s event. The winning team will move on to represent PEI at the National Mixed Doubles Curling Championship, March 31-April 3, 2016 in Saskatoon Sask.
