Synergy Fitness and Nutrition is offering an In-Season Curling Training and Nutrition Program for the fall and winter.  This program is open to curlers of all ages and the workouts will be designed for you with the sport of curling in mind.

The Program includes:

  • 36 Training Sessions – designed to make the most of your season
  • 2 Testing Sessions
  • 2 Nutrition Sessions

*Athletes have the option to choose from the following training times:

MondayFriday at 3:30pm, Tues/Wed/Thur at 530pm, Saturday at 930 am.

Athletes have until April 1 to complete their sessions.

$240 plus tax (Can make 2 payments – October 13 and Dec 1)

The first Fitness Testing will take place next Thursday, October 13 at 7:30pm.

The training session will be designed to maintain and even improve each athletes fitness throughout the curling season.  Sessions will include: dynamic warm-ups, core strength training, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular training.
