The Island Petroleum Cashspiel wrapped up on Sunday afternoon at the Silver Fox Community Complex in Summerside, with the rink of Phil Gorveatt, Kevin Champion, Mike Dillon, and Mark Butler defeating the host club team of Tim Hockin, Darren Higgins, Mike Spencer, and Jonathan Greenan in the final. Robert Campbell of Charlottetown beat Crapaud’s Calvin Smith in the A Consolation game, while Leo Stewart of the Fox beat Tyler Smith of Crapaud in the Consolation final. Organizers for this annual event were Blair Jay and Lou Nowlan.
