Casey, who is from Seven Mile Bay and now resides in Winsloe, is skipping a rink in the Saskatchewan Tankard provincial men’s curling championship. The Casey rink, which includes third stone Catlin Schneider, second stone Shaun Meacham and lead Dustin Kidby, plays its first game against Scott Bitz.
“We are looking forward to it for sure,” said Casey in an interview with the Journal Pioneer late Tuesday afternoon. “I feel we have been getting better each week heading into provincials, and hitting our stride.”
