PEI Curling Teams depart Saturday for the Canada Games

The Lauren Ferguson and Mitchell Schut teams from the Cornwall Curling Club will be heading to the Canada Games in Red Deer Alberta on Saturday morning. Both teams got together at the Cornwall club recently for a game together, and were treated to a celebratory cake.

Both teams will play against the same province or territory at the same time in the Games Preliminary Round, starting Sunday morning at 10 local time (1 pm Atlantic) against Ontario. Here is the PEI Preliminary Round Schedule for both Team Ferguson and Team Schut (Atlantic time):

Two Team PEI round-robin games (both teams at the same time) will be available on live stream, at 5 pm Alberta time (8 pm in PEI) against Saskatchewan, on Monday Feb. 25, and on Friday, March 1st at 9 am Alberta time, 12 noon on PEI, against New Brunswick, in the final round-robin draw.
