After a few delays from the originally-scheduled Saturday departure time in Charlottetown, the Lauren Ferguson and Mitchell Schut teams arrived at the Canada Games in Red Deer Alberta, and are set to begin play against Ontario at 10 am Alberta time, 1 pm Atlantic. Their second game today is against Newfoundland and Labrador at 8 pm Atlantic.

Both teams play at the same time against their counterparts from the same province or territory in the Games Preliminary Round. Curling takes place at the 12 sheet Red Deer Curling Centre, part of the Pidherney Centre complex. Team Schut took this picture of the exterior of the venue last evening.

Two Team PEI round-robin games (both teams at the same time) will be available on live stream, at 5 pm Alberta time (8 pm in PEI) against Saskatchewan, on Monday Feb. 25, and on Friday, March 1st at 9 am Alberta time, 12 noon on PEI, against New Brunswick, in the final preliminary draw.
