The 2019-2020 curling season is underway, with the AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Curling Classic happening Sept. 10-15 in Cornwall Ontario. PEI’s Suzanne Birt rink finished play with a 2-2 win-loss record, with wins over Toronto’s Kaitlyn Jones rink, and Cornwall ON’s Jennifer Harvey foursome, and losses to Japan’s Sayaka Yoshimura and Manitoba’s Tracy Fleury.
Birt is challenged by K.Jones’s center guards, she answers with an absolute pistol. This perfect rock placement will win Team Birt the game. #Curling #ShortySlam
