P.E.I.’s Smith rink opens play in ch’ship round at Canadian junior curling ch’ships Wed. night (Journal)

LANGLEY, B.C. — The Tyler Smith team from the Montague Curling Rink will open play in the championship round at the 2020 New Holland Canadian junior curling championships on Wednesday.

The Phil Gorveatt-coached Team Smith, which includes third stone Ryan Abraham, second stone Jake Flemming and lead Ryan Lowery, lost its final round-robin game to Manitoba Team Two by an 8-5 score on Tuesday to complete round-robin play at 5-1 (won-lost).
