The remainder of this weekend’s schedule in the Island Petroleum cashspiel at the Silver Fox in Summerside is cancelled.
Organizers realized the decision on Saturday afternoon, shortly after the announcement by P.E.I. chief public health officer Dr. Heather Morrison that there are three new COVID-19 cases on P.E.I.
Organizers said they “don’t want to risk the health of anyone” in a statement.
