Pre-register NOW for Oct. 17 FREE Learn to Curl/Open House for Ages 6-12!

Is your child looking for a winter activity that is super fun and requires no equipment to start (except any CSA-approved helmet)?

Ages 6-12 can try curling at the Cornwall Curling Club’s FREE Little Rockers and Novice ‘Learn to Curl and Open House Day’ on Sunday, October 17th, 2021. This session is for those who would like to try the fun sport of curling, learn some of the rules and etiquette of curling…and if interested you can register for the season with our Club.

Little Rockers (ages 6-7) go from 1 pm to 2 pm, with Novice (ages 8 to 12) following from 2 pm to 3 pm.

This LEARN TO CURL/OPEN HOUSE event is FREE. Limit of 32 curlers.

You MUST pre-register by Wednesday, October 13th at 5 pm: online at Curling I/O (link below) and agree to corresponding waivers, or by contacting the Club at 902-566-4427 during business hours, or by sending an email with your phone contact information to [email protected]

Indoor CLEAN footwear and loose clothing are required, dressing in warm layers is recommended. Any CSA-approved helmet is mandatory.

Public Health/Covid protocol will apply (please watch our website and social media for information). Only one parent or guardian per child will be able to be on-site for the session.

Little Rockers seasonal program runs Sundays from 12:45 pm to 2 pm. Cost: $95.00

Novice seasonal program runs Sundays from 1:45 pm to 2 pm, and Tuesdays from 4:45 pm to 6 pm. Cost $140.00

Pre-register now for FREE Age 13+ and Adult Open House and Learn to Curl instructional sessions!

Adults and youth age 13 and over who would like to try the fun sport of curling are invited to attend the Cornwall Curling Club’s FREE, no-obligation three-evening Age 13+ and Adult Open House and Learn to Curl on and off-ice instructional sessions on Oct. 19, 20, and 21 (subject to change if we have any startup issues), beginning at 6:30 each evening. Attendance on all three days is not required but highly recommended. Attend any evenings you can — we’ll have sessions at various levels each evening!

Please bring indoor CLEAN footwear and wear loose clothing. CSA-approved helmets (any type) are recommended for beginner curlers but are not mandatory for these age groups.
