The Krista McCarville rink from Ontario defeated Kelly Scott’s BC team by a 6-4 score this afternoon in the Page playoff between the third and fourth finishers from the round robin, at the Scotties in Sault Ste. Marie. McCarville now faces PEI’s Kathy O’Rourke team, who lost to Team Canada in the Page 1 vs 2 game yesterday, in the semi-final, tonight at 8 pm Atlantic. The winner of that game will face the Jennifer Jones Team Canada rink, looking for their third-straight Canadian women’s curling title, in the 3:30 pm Sunday final.
