Three members of the 2010 Scotties Tournament of Hearts silver medal team were the marshals for today’s 49th Gold Cup parade in Charlottetown. Skip Kathy O’Rourke, last rock thrower Erin Carmody, and lead stone Tricia Affleck, led the parade atop a light blue Ford Mustang convertible.

The O’Rourke rink, which also includes Geri-Lynn Ramsay, will soon be back on the ice as they begin their run for the 2011 national Scotties title, which will be contested at the Charlottetown Civic Centre from February 19-27. The Scotties provincial championship will take place January 27-31 at the Cornwall Curling Club.
