To PEI Curling Clubs:

Hello!
 
First I would like to introduce the 2010/11 PEICA Event Coordinator, Lucie Lamoureux-Newson.  Here is a short note from her:
 
Good day to all,
 
My name is Lucie Newson, your event coordinator for the 2010-2011 curling season.
I look forward to working hard to make all of the PEI Curling Provincial events successful!
My background is in event planning and coordinating, I have had the privilege to work with some of PEI’s
greatest events and am now looking forward in working with all of you in your tournaments.
 
Amy Duncan and myself will be making the rounds and visiting the rinks to introduce ourselves starting next Tuesday.
 
I look forward to meeting all of you and having a great season!

As Lucie mentioned, we would like to visit each Club in the coming weeks.  We are interested in seeing the Club and getting to know the layouts as well have a chat with the Manager, Club Rep, Junior Coordinator, and/or Event Coordinator.  I know not all of these people are available at the times I am proposing however if at least one is available we can make further contact with the other people as needed.  Here are my proposed times for each Club:
 
November 16 ~ 10:30am: Western
                                1pm: Maple Leaf
                                3pm: Silver Fox
 
November 23 ~ 10am: Montague
 
November 30 ~ 9:30am: Charlottetown
                                11am: Cornwall
 
Please check your schedules and let me know if your Club is available at this time.
