Championship round underway at The Dominion

Only two draws remain at The Dominion Curling Club Championship, which wraps up today at the Charlottetown Curling Club. The women’s semi-finals took place Saturday night, with Saskatchewan downing Manitoba 7-1, and Alberta beating Nova Scotia 8-3. This makes it Alberta vs Saskatchewan in the all-western women’s final at 2 pm.

The men’s semis go at 10 this morning, with Manitoba playing Saskatchewan, and Ontario facing Alberta. The winners will square off in the 2 pm final.  Saskatchewan eliminated Nova Scotia in a tiebreaker Saturday night, winning by a 9-6 score.
