Call for applications – NCCP Learning Facilitators

Being a coach takes passion and dedication. Being a great coach, however, often requires additional guidance and support. The National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) was developed by the Coaching Association of Canada and its partners to give coaches that extra advantage. The program targets 67 different sports, in both official languages, and is the recognized standard for coach training and certification in Canada.

We are currently looking for coaches interested in passing on their passion for sport to other coaches through the NCCP Multisport Introduction to Competition courses.
If you are an experienced coach that is energetic and feels confident in facilitating adult learning we invite you to apply for this opportunity.
If you are the right fit and we choose you for this role, we will cover all the costs associated with training you toward becoming a certified Learning Facilitator. Learning Facilitators of the NCCP Multisport Introduction to Competition courses are paid on a per facilitated course basis.
To apply please send a letter outlining:
– your coaching experience
– experience in facilitating adult learners
– why you think you would be a great person for this!
Also send a copy of your NCCP Transcript of your current NCCP certifications (can be found at coach.ca under the “Check Your Certification” tab on the homepage)
Please send your application by January 24th, 2011.
