Here are upcoming Annual General Meeting and registration events at PEI curling clubs:

The Western Community Curling Club in Alberton’s annual general meeting will be held Monday October 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the club. All members are urged to attend. A financial report will be presented, and facility improvements will be on the agenda.

The Cornwall Curling Club’s registration for new adult members and new and
returning youth/junior (age 20 and under) members will take place
Wednesday October 19, from 6:30 to 9 pm at the Cornwall Town Hall. Memberships may be paid with Debit, Visa, Mastercard, cheque, or cash. Half the adult fees are due on registration night, with the other half payable by Dec. 1. Youth memberships are payable in full on registration night. The Montague Curling Club are holding a Registration Night and Barbecue Social on Thursday, October 20 from 6:30pm – 9:30pm. The evening includes free food from the BBQ, munchies, and an opportunity to register for the season.

The Crapaud Community Curling Club are holding an Open House, including registration, and a tour of their extensive clubhouse renovations, on Friday Oct. 21, beginning at 7 pm. New and returning members who pay their dues on that night will receve a 10% discount.

The Silver Fox Curling and Yacht Club in Summerside is holding Junior (age 20 and under) registration on Saturday, Oct. 22 from 10 am to 12 noon. Click for registration form.

The Maple Leaf Curling Club in O’Leary is hosting a social evening/registration night at the club on Sunday October 23rd from 2-4 pm. New and prospective members are invited to come in and inquire about curling, or sign up for Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday night curling, as well as other curling events. Snacks will be provided.
