PEI’s Alex Matters and Sarah Fullerton rinks picked up lopsided wins over their Northwest Territories counterparts this afternoon at the M&M Meat Shops Canadian Juniors in Napanee Ontario, with Matters winning 11-2, and Fullerton recording an 11-4 victory. The Islanders may have a tougher time on Sunday, with games against Alberta at 11 am, and Newfoundland and Labrador at 8 pm. Alberta men’s and women’s teams are sitting at 2-0, while NL’s men’s team lost to NB today, while the women picked up a win.
