Calgary’s Crystal Webster rink, which includes PEI natives Erin Carmody at third, and Geri-Lynn Ramsay at second, won this afternoon’s opener at the 32 team, $26,000 total purse “The Shoot Out” in Edmonton, defeating the Brett Barber rink from Regina by a 6-5 score. Team Webster now plays the Valerie Sweeting foursome from Edmonton at 11:30 pm Atlantic.

Prizes are: 1st – $5,000 2nd – $3,000 3rd and 4th – $2,000 and 5th through 8th – $1,500.

The finals are Sunday at 6 pm Atlantic.
