This is a reminder to Board members that  will be a general Curl PEI Board meeting this evening, November 5 at  7pm, in Room 212 at Sport PEI (40 Enman Crescent, Charlottetown).

Information regarding Curl PEI Board Meetings:

General Meetings are meetings of the Member Clubs, the Executive, and others who hold positions or are on committees.  Each Member Club has one voting representative (total of 7 votes from Member Clubs).  There are 6 Executive Members, each having one vote (5 regular plus President, in case of a tie).  Quorum for a general meeting is two-thirds or 9 members.  A club is in good standing when that club has paid all fees required to Curl PEI and attendance at meetings has been 50% or more.
