The round robin draw and team rosters are now available on the event web page at PEICurling.com/juniors for the Curl PEI/Pepsi Provincial Junior Curling Championships, for curlers age 20 and under, which get underway on Wednesday January 2nd, and conclude on Sunday the 6th at the Cornwall Curling Club. Seven junior men’s teams, and five junior women’s rinks have signed up.

Three-time defending women’s champion skip Sarah Fullerton is now out of the age group, so there will be a new junior women’s champ this year. Defending junior men’s champion skip Alex Matters is not back this year, but three members of his rink – Christopher Gallant, Kyle Holland, and Andrew Cameron, along with Taylor McInnis, are entered, with Gallant skipping the team.

The winning teams will advance to the M&M Meat Shops Canadian Juniors, February 2-10, 2013, in Fort McMurray Alberta.
