PEI Firefighters pick up a pair of wins today to improve to 3-4 at Canadian Firefighters

It was a good day for the Summerside Fire Department’s Gordon MacFadyen rink today at the Canadian Firefighters Curling Championship at the Thistle St. Andrew’s Curling Club in Saint John New Brunswick. The PEI rink won both of their games – 6-5 over Quebec’s Scott McClintock rink from the Ormstown Fire Dept. in an extra end, and  9-5 over New Brunswick;s Joe Vautour team from the host Saint John FD, to improve their record to three wins and four losses. The Island rink plays Southern Ontario and Manitoba on Wednesday.
