Ice going in this weekend at Crapaud for pre-season curling, ice rentals, open to all curlers, all clubs

The rings have been painted, and the lines and finishing coats of ice are being installed at the Crapaud Community Curling Club, for pre-season curling beginning Sept. 2nd and continuing through Oct. 31. There is still time to sign up for curling or ice rentals- get in touch with Miranda at (902) 213-2711.  $100 a player gives you 2 months of unlimited curling, open to curlers from all clubs, all ages, and all levels (new curlers, recreational curlers, and competitive curlers). This one-time fee will allow you to book ice time on a first come, first served basis 7 days a week. There may also be leagues set up depending on interest. This is great opportunity for those looking to get on the ice early to prepare for their upcoming curling goals whether it is Scotties, Brier, Canadian Juniors, Canada Games, Dominion, or just want to practice before the regular season begins. They also hope to have a “Learn to Curl” program set up, as well as stick curling, ice rentals, and a Spiel or two.
