The Atlantic Curling Tour (ACT) gets underway this weekend, with the 12th annual Gibson’s Cashspiel in Lower Sackville NS. No PEI teams are among the 14 men’s and 10 women’s teams entered. Event website: http://www.lakeshorecurlingclub.com/
The annual event at the Charlottetown Curling Complex, scheduled for November 1-3, is currently listed as “Tentative”.
The other PEI stop on the tour is the Journal Pioneer cashspiel, from Nov. 22-24.
The Monctonian, a traditional bonspiel that has been running since 1960, has added a competitive men’s division this year, and runs from Nov. 15-17.
The Tour wraps up with the ACT championship, from Dec. 20-22 in Dartmouth.
