Calgary’s Crystal Webster rink, which includes PEI native Geri-Lynn Ramsay, lost a tough battle against Heather Nedohin last night in the B qualifier of the Jiffy Lube Alberta Scotties in Sylvan Lake. They face Rene Sonnenberg at 4 pm Atlantic today in the C qualifier, their last chance to advance to the playoff round. Val Sweeting won the A event. The semi-final goes Sunday morning at 11:30 AT, with the final following at 4:30 pm. Both games will be televised on Sportsnet West and Pacific.
