Over 60 young and Special Olympics curlers took to the world-class ice of the Eastlink Arena at Credit Union Place in Summerside on Sunday morning for the Future Rockstars event, held in conjunction with the Players’ Championship. The morning featured a visit by the Grand Slam of Curling mascot, Slammer. There were also snacks for the curlers, along with a free T-Shirt and a ticket to the Players’ Championship Women’s Final, later that morning.
