Wednesday action (with info from Day Three Recap):

PEI vs NU

Women

Trailing 8-3 after six ends, Nunavut was able to steal one in the seventh, but a hit and roll by PEI put the game away, winning 8-4.

Men

Prince Edward Island takes two in the third end, steals one in the fourth and takes two more in the sixth on the way to a 7-4 win.

PEI vs NS

Women

Nova Scotia was fighting for its tournament life against a red-hot team from PEI. Trailing 4-3 after seven ends, Nova Scotia has four rocks in front of the house, with two PEI stones in the house. NS skip Marion MacAulay makes a delicate tap with her first and an even better angle raise with her last to set up the steal. PEI skip Tammi Cudmore is faced with a tricky tap that required a bit of a flop to the centre, which is just made and a 5-3 win for PEI.

Men

PEI started off by stealing a single and a deuce to lead 3-0 after two ends against Team Nova Scotia, skipped by Mike Robinson of the Dartmouth Curling Club. The teams traded singles for the rest of the game for a 6-3 PEI win. NS drops to 1-3.
