The Board of Directors of the Charlottetown Curling Club would like to announce that the Annual General Meeting for Fiscal Year 2021 will be held Thursday, November 4th, 2021 at 7:00 pm for all members who purchased a membership for the Special Meeting held last April.
The meeting will accommodate both in-person and virtual attendance; the location will be determined once they know how many people wish to physically attend.
They ask that you email them by 11:00 PM, October 22nd, and specify how you wish to attend – Virtual, In Person, or Not Attending. They will provide the meeting location once they have the numbers. Their email address is listed on their Facebook page as: [email protected]
The meeting agenda and supporting documents will be emailed a week in advance of the meeting.
