The Jenny and Edward White team from Summerside Curling Club won the PEI Mixed Doubles Curling Championship, defeating Robyn and Philip MacDonald from the host Montague Curling Club last Sunday in a winner-take-all final game.

Three teams competed on playoff Sunday. The MacDonald team defeated the sibling duo, Lauren and Alex MacFadyen from the Summerside Curling Club in the semi-final by a score of 9-5 to advance to the final game against the White’s.

This is the third PEI Mixed Doubles title for the White’s. They will now advance to the 2023 Canadian Mixed Doubles Curling Championship March 21-26 in Sudbury, ON.
