Synergy Fitness and Nutrition is offering specialized training programs for curlers looking to improve their strength, speed, and performance during the off-season. Whether you’re looking for in-person coaching, a hybrid model, or an online-only option, there’s something to fit your needs and schedule.
Program Options
Option 1: In-Person Curler Training (2 Sessions/Week)
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
This program focuses on the fundamentals of weight training and speed development tailored specifically for curling. Led by an experienced coach, athletes will follow a sport-specific plan designed to improve on-ice performance.
Cost: $450/person for 15 weeks
Minimum of 10 participants required to run
Option 2: In-Person (1 Session/Week) + Online Curler Training
Schedule: Mondays OR Wednesdays, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
This option combines weekly in-person training with an online curling-specific program delivered via the TrainHeroic app. Athletes benefit from both hands-on coaching and flexible workouts to complete on their own.
Cost: $265/person for 15 weeks
Requires either 10 participants in this option, or 10 combined with Option 1
Option 3: Online Curler Training Only
Train at a facility of your choice with a fully customized curling-specific program delivered through the TrainHeroic app. This option includes regular updates and progressions from your coach to ensure consistent development.
Cost: $50/person for 15 weeks
Only available if Option 1 or 2 meets minimum participation
