Calgary’s Crystal Webster rink, which includes PEI natives Erin Carmody at third, and Geri-Lynn Ramsay at second, are 2-0 after opening-day play at “The Shoot Out” in Edmonton, defeating the Brett Barber rink from Regina by a 6-5 score in their opener, and downing the Valerie Sweeting foursome from Edmonton 9-1 in the late draw.  Team Webster now plays the Jessie Kaufman rink from Edmonton at noon Atlantic time.

The finals are Sunday at 6 pm Atlantic.
