The Saturday morning Under 16 Development League, sponsored by Pepsi, at the Cornwall Curling Club, and open to teams from all PEI Curling Facilities, will kick off with their first draw on November 30. This is a team-entry league focusing on developing the competitive aspects of curling, running on selected Saturdays (that don’t conflict with major U16 curling events or Cornwall Curling Club events) at 10 am, Five rinks are entered so far, skipped by Clara Jack, Madalyn Easter, Luke Butler, Isaiah Dalton and Ella Lenentine. There is room for a maximum of 3 more teams, and entries are being accepted on a first-come, first-paid basis.
Cost is $40 per curler, plus HST and applicable Curl PEI & Curling Canada fees.
