2025 PEI Women’s and Men’s Curling Championships Begin Thursday

The 2025 PEI Women’s and Men’s Curling Championships will take place from January 23-26, 2025, at the West Prince Curling Club. The men’s event includes nine teams, including defending champion Tyler Smith. Men’s teams competing are:

The winner of the men’s event will earn a spot at the 2025 Montana’s Brier, held February 28-March 9, 2025, in Kelowna, B.C.

The championships will follow a modified triple-knockout format. Winners of each section will advance to a championship round on Sunday, January 26, unless a team wins all three sections, which would eliminate the need for the final games. If a team wins two sections, they will play in both championship games and need only one win to secure the title. Their opponent would have to win both games to claim victory.
