The Kathy O’Rourke rink got ahead early and never looked back Sunday in winning the Curl Atlantic Championship 7-2 in six ends over the Sylvie Robichaud rink.
It capped off a perfect 6-0 record for the team during the championship played at MacLauchlan Arena.
The 4th annual Curl Atlantic Championship, Atlantic Canada's premiere curling event, wrapped up this evening at the CARI Complex in Charlottetown, with PEI's Kathy O'Rourke winning the women's event, and Chad Stevens of Nova Scotia taking the men's title.
