Brett Gallant chokes back tears as he reflects on gold medal loss (Guardian)

Brett Gallant choked back tears as he talked about his heart-breaking 9-6 loss Sunday to Denmark in the men’s gold-medal game at the world junior curling championships in Vancouver.
Gallant, who curls out of the Charlottetown Curling Club, was only a couple of shots away from a world championship.
In his first interview since arriving back on the Island late last night, Gallant reflected on that final game.
