The Donald Clarey rink from the Montague Curling Club are sporting a 2-0 win-loss record going into the evening draw (midnight PEI time) at The Dominion Curling Club Championship in Richmond BC. This afternoon, they scored a deuce in the final end of a low-scoring game to edge the Nunavut team 4-3. Alberta, Ontario, and Saskatchewan men are all at 3-0. PEI plays Saskatchewan at midnight PEI time.
On the women’s side, Cornwall’s Lorianne Davies team are 1-2 after Wednesday play, winning their morning game 9-3 over Nunavut, but losing their afternoon contest against Saskatchewan by an 11-3 score.
